Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
Privyde collects the following personal information: full name, email address, phone number, transfer origin and destination, and any additional information you voluntarily provide through our contact or booking forms.
2. Use of information
We use your personal information only to: (a) process and confirm your reservations, (b) communicate with you regarding your service, (c) improve our services and customer care, (d) comply with legal and tax obligations.
3. Data protection
We implement technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Your data is stored on secure servers and only authorised personnel have access.
4. Confidentiality
Privyde is committed to maintaining the absolute confidentiality of all our clients’ data. We do not share, sell or transfer your personal information to third parties, except where required by law.
5. Advertising and measurement
We advertise our service through Google Ads and use Google Analytics to understand how this website is used. If you accept advertising cookies in this site’s notice, and only in that case, when you send a request or complete a booking your browser computes a cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256 hash) of your email address and, if you provided one, your phone number, and transmits that fingerprint to Google. The computation happens on your own device and is not reversible: Google does not receive this data in the clear and cannot derive it from the fingerprint; it can only check whether it matches one of its own accounts. The purpose is to recognise that your booking came from one of our ads and to measure how well they work. Neither the details of the service nor your pick-up or drop-off addresses are transmitted. If you decline advertising cookies, nothing is transmitted, and you may change your decision at any time from the cookie notice. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. The recipient is Google Ireland Limited, which processes this data under its own terms and which may involve international transfers subject to the safeguards set out in those terms. Regardless of your cookie decision, when you arrive from an ad or a search engine we store in your browser, for 90 days, the identifier of that click and the campaign parameters. This is a record of our own, not a third-party cookie, and it is not shared with anyone at that point; it lets us know, if you later book, which ad brought you. If that booking is paid for, we tell Google that the click ended in a purchase, along with the amount and the booking reference. That transmission happens from our servers, without cookies and without data identifying you, and relies on the performance of the contract and on our legitimate interest in measuring how well our advertising works. The acquisition record expires after 90 days; the data Google receives is retained under its own terms and the account’s retention settings.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data, (b) rectify incorrect data, (c) delete your data from our records, (d) object to the use of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@privyde.com.
