Terms of Service
1. Reservations
Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Privyde reserves the right to accept or reject last-minute reservations based on availability.
2. Cancellations
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before for transfers and hourly hire; up to 72 hours before for long-distance (between 72 and 24 hours, a 50% charge); and up to 7 days before for multi-day services. After those windows, and in the event of a no-show, 100% of the service applies. Weddings are governed by the terms of their contract. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
3. Punctuality
Our chauffeurs arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. For airport transfers, we recommend scheduling 3 hours before flight departure. Courtesy waiting time: 15 minutes; additional time is charged at current rates.
4. Responsibilities
Privyde is not responsible for items left in the vehicle after 24 hours of service. We recommend checking all belongings when exiting the vehicle.
5. Modifications
Privyde reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication on this website.
