Terms of Service
1. Reservations
Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Privyde reserves the right to accept or reject last-minute reservations based on availability.
2. Cancellations
Transfers: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service; after that, or in the event of a no-show, 100% is charged. At-disposal, long-distance and multi-day services: no amount is retained during the 48 hours following booking confirmation. After those 48 hours, a non-refundable 30% is retained as an Availability Reservation Fee, and the remaining 70% is refunded according to notice: in full if you cancel more than 72 hours before, 50% between 72 and 24 hours, and nothing with less than 24 hours or in the event of a no-show. Within those 48 hours, the same notice tiers apply to the full amount. Weddings: free cancellation more than 60 days in advance; between 60 and 30 days, 50% is refunded; less than 30 days, no refund. The specific terms of your wedding contract, if any, prevail. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 7 business days.
3. Punctuality
Our chauffeurs arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. For airport transfers, we recommend scheduling 3 hours before flight departure. Courtesy waiting time: 15 minutes; additional time is charged at current rates.
4. Responsibilities
Privyde is not responsible for items left in the vehicle after 24 hours of service. We recommend checking all belongings when exiting the vehicle.
5. Modifications
Privyde reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication on this website.
