Delete your account.
You can delete your PRIVYDE app account and your personal data whenever you wish, from within the app or from this page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Two ways to do it
- 01In the appOpen the PRIVYDE app, go to Your account and tap Delete account. Confirm that you understand the action is irreversible.
- 02On this pageEnter the email address you use to sign in to the app. We will send you a 6-digit code to confirm the inbox is yours and, once you enter it, the account is deleted there and then.
This page deletes your app account. If you booked on the website without creating an account and would like us to delete your data, say so in the form message: your request will reach our team, who will reply to you.
If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, enter the forwarding address Apple created for PRIVYDE (it ends in privaterelay.appleid.com), or delete the account from within the app.

What happens to your data
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and the sessions open on your devices.
- Your name, your phone number and your sign-in and contact email addresses.
- Your saved addresses.
- Your saved card, which is removed from Stripe, our payment provider, together with your Stripe customer record.
- The notification identifiers of your devices.
- Your conversations with the Concierge in the app and the preferences it remembered about you.
- Your name, email address and phone number on bookings that were never paid and on payment links.
What is kept, and why
- Bookings already paid and their receipts, with the name and email address shown on them, and the customer record they were invoiced to. Tax and commercial law require us to keep them: they are no longer linked to your account and are used solely to meet that obligation.
- Unpaid bookings, as a record of the service, without your name, email address or phone number.
- Processed payments also appear in the records of Stripe, which keeps them under its own legal obligations.
- If you booked through a company, hotel or agency account, that account record belongs to the company and is not changed.
Timing
Deletion takes effect the moment you confirm the code or tap Delete account in the app. If you request it on this page, we also send you an email confirming it. Data kept for tax purposes is held only for the period required by law.
When it is not possible
If you have a service booked or under way, or a pending charge, the account cannot be deleted until that service ends or the charge is settled: deleting it would leave a service without its account holder. Our team can help you.
