What kind of services do you offer?
We offer executive point-to-point transfers, airport pick-ups with real-time flight monitoring, hourly availability for corporate events, long-distance transfers between Spanish cities (in both directions) and tailored solutions for companies and hotels. All offerings include premium vehicles and certified chauffeurs from our partner network.
Can you pick me up outside Madrid?
Yes. We operate long-distance journeys in both directions and between cities: Barcelona-Madrid, Madrid-Marbella, Valencia-Madrid or any other route you need. Enter your origin and destination in the quote tool and you will receive a fixed fare.
How can I make a reservation?
You can book through our online form, via WhatsApp, or by calling our 24/7 number. We recommend booking at least one day in advance to guarantee availability, although we also handle last-minute services subject to availability.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes. You can modify your booking free of charge while free-cancellation notice remains (24 h for transfers and hourly hire; 72 h for long-distance; 7 days for multi-day services). Within that window we review each case individually. Contact us by WhatsApp or phone and our team will confirm the change.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 24 h in advance for transfers and hourly hire; up to 72 h for long-distance (between 72 and 24 h, 50%); and up to 7 days for multi-day services. After those windows, capacity-reservation terms apply. Weddings follow their own contract. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made securely via link (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) once your booking is confirmed. For companies, invoicing under a framework agreement. We do not take cash or on-board payments.
