Yes. We operate long-distance journeys in both directions and between cities: Barcelona-Madrid, Madrid-Marbella, Valencia-Madrid or any other route you need. Enter your origin and destination in the quote tool and you will receive a fixed fare.

You can book through our online form, via WhatsApp, or by calling our 24/7 number. We recommend booking at least one day in advance to guarantee availability, although we also handle last-minute services subject to availability.

Yes. You can modify your booking free of charge while cancellation is still free: for transfers, up to 24 hours before the service; for at-disposal, long-distance and multi-day services, during the 48 hours following confirmation and more than 72 hours before the service. Outside that window we review each case individually. Contact us by WhatsApp or phone and our team will confirm the change.

Transfers: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service; after that, or in the event of a no-show, 100% is charged. At-disposal, long-distance and multi-day services: no amount is retained during the 48 hours following booking confirmation. After those 48 hours, a non-refundable 30% is retained as an Availability Reservation Fee, and the remaining 70% is refunded according to notice: in full if you cancel more than 72 hours before, 50% between 72 and 24 hours, and nothing with less than 24 hours or in the event of a no-show. Within those 48 hours, the same notice tiers apply to the full amount. Weddings: free cancellation more than 60 days in advance; between 60 and 30 days, 50% is refunded; less than 30 days, no refund. The specific terms of your wedding contract, if any, prevail. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 7 business days.

Payment is always made in advance: by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via a secure Stripe link, or by bank transfer, only against the invoice our team issues and sends you by email. For companies, invoicing under a framework agreement. We do not take cash or on-board payments.
