We offer specialised transport for congresses, trade fairs and conventions across Spain. From individual transfers for speakers and VIPs to fleet coordination for large delegations. As a partner based in Madrid, at IFEMA and other Madrid venues we operate locally, with detailed knowledge of the halls, VIP entrances, loading docks and restricted-access zones. For congresses and fairs elsewhere in Spain (Fira de Barcelona, FIBES Seville, Feria Valencia, BEC Bilbao and other convention centres) we transfer speakers and delegations on long-distance trips from Madrid, in both directions and at a closed rate, coordinated end to end. Absolute punctuality throughout. For multi-day congresses we provide consistent chauffeur assignments so delegates always travel with a familiar, reliable driver. We also offer shuttle rotations between official hotels and congress venues, with schedules synchronised to the event programme and real-time adjustments for session overruns.

We transfer your delegation between Madrid and Barcelona on a long-distance trip, in both directions and at a closed rate. The Madrid-Barcelona corridor is one of our routine routes, coordinated for Mobile World Congress, ISE, Alimentaria and Smart City Expo at Gran Via and Montjuïc.
FIBES Seville
We transfer your delegation between Madrid and Seville on a long-distance trip, in both directions and at a closed rate, for medical congresses, SICAB and tourism-sector events at FIBES, coordinated end to end.
BEC Bilbao
We transfer your delegation between Madrid and Bilbao on a long-distance trip, in both directions and at a closed rate, for industrial fairs, BIEMH and naval-sector events at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre in Barakaldo.

Before you book
Do you know the VIP access points at exhibition venues?
At IFEMA and Madrid venues, yes: every gate, car park and loading zone. For venues outside Madrid (Fira Barcelona, FIBES, BEC…), our strength is the long-distance transfer from Madrid, coordinated with the organiser and synced to the event programme.
Can you coordinate transfers for large international delegations?
Yes, it is one of our strengths. We have managed delegations of up to 200 people with staggered arrivals at different airports. We create personalised transport plans with individual schedules, assigned vehicles and a coordinator overseeing each arrival.
Do you offer a continuous shuttle service during multi-day events?
Yes, for multi-day congresses we can establish a shuttle with fixed timetables between official hotels and the venue. Delegates know the schedules and have guaranteed transport without booking each journey individually.
