It is worth understanding this distinction clearly, because many providers blur it. With standard pickup, the chauffeur coordinates the meeting as you leave the terminal (by phone or at an agreed point) and walks you to the vehicle. If you prefer to be met inside arrivals, with a name board and luggage assistance from the belt, that is the Meet & Greet service: an available add-on (included in the Atelier tier), not something every transfer includes by default. Knowing this avoids misunderstandings on the day of travel.
For departures: calculated margins
For transfers to the airport, the chauffeur calculates the pick-up time accounting for expected traffic and check-in time, so you arrive with a comfortable margin but without endless waiting. International flights warrant leaving earlier; your account manager will advise you at booking.
